A local artist asked me if it was possible to 3D print a plastic spoon (back when this was still used all over). She was asked to make a reward to celebrate some ones years of service. A fun reminder of a particular habit the person is known for in the company.
The object is modeled in Rhino 6 and printed in gold filament on a Ultimaker 2 Extended. Afterwards Marij Hendrikx made it into a real award looking sculpture worth gifting.
